You Asked, We Answered
WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE COVER?
First-time students are required to pay a one-time fee of 50,000 kyats. Upon registering, students are given a tote bag equipped with a pencil case, colour coded folders, and other learning necessities.
IS THERE A CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM?
Yes, the growth of our establishment is very much thanks to the recommendation of our students and parents. For every student successfully registered, the referee gets a discount of 50,000 kyats.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF CONSULTATION SESSIONS?
We believe in pushing our students to be disciplined learners and independent thinkers. Our consultation sessions are designed to encourage students to develop their problem-solving skills by working on problems on their own. Worry not, we have Ravel UP guides available full-time when help is needed!
DO WE ACCEPT WALK-INS?
We currently are only accepting pre-booked appointments. However, for your convenience, you can book a time slot with us as close as an hour prior to the appointment.
WHAT ARE THE CENTRE’S OPERATING HOURS?
Our current operating hours are as follows:
Weekdays: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
WHAT ARE THE CLASSROOM SIZES?
According to studies, the optimal size of an online class for effective communication is between 12 to 16 students. In Ravel UP, we cap the class size to 8.
WHAT DOES OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DO?
We believe in keeping close contact with our students’ parents/guardians. Upon request, we offer monthly or weekly updates on our students’ learning progress, and offer thorough feedback on their performance.
